CHALLENGE: Align the schedule and construction cost estimating services for Power Services’ projects.
SOLUTION: ACM provided estimating support services for scheduled refueling outages at two nuclear power generation stations. ACM:
- Gathered all of the information available for each project;
- Communicated with project managers, field staff, and owner representatives to establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) work flow and sequencing;
- Addressed staffing plans and equipment needs;
- Aligned craft availability and jurisdictions.
