Planning & Scheduling Fundamentals With Hands-On Software Training – 2 Day

WINTER 2025 – IN-PERSON (February 4-5; 8:30am – 4:30pm)

This two-day course is designed for the schedule practitioner, as well as department and project managers with project schedule responsibilities. The basics of planning and scheduling are explored as participants learn principles to immediately apply from the seminar. As each principle is discussed, the corresponding functionality in the software is instructed. The instructors provide real life experience in the application of this management tool and will demonstrate techniques while the participants work through a construction-related sample. Attendees will not only gain a working knowledge of the project management software, but also an understanding of what the software is calculating.  Attendees must have Microsoft® Project or Oracle® Primavera P6 loaded onto their laptop prior to arrival at the training seminar.

Each participant receives a comprehensive workbook prepared by ACM.
